Ideal Image is the best company I've ever worked for. Management is stellar. No micromanaging and always put employees first. I work remotely and my manager is always supportive, grateful and flexible. If I need a morning off to go my child's school she always lets me rearrange my schedule. I make an incredible living and have lots of PTO. The company encourages employees to take PTO and have work/life balance.

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
