      Low stress NP job in aesthetics, team environment with coworkers but disconnect with medical and leadership and sales.

      Cons

      Weekend and evening requirements, frequent changes of leadership, periodic layoffs occur abruptly and CEO, who was new in 2023, left in same year. Feels like sales team valued over medical team.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
