      Changing lives of many people everyday

      Cons

      it started when they lie to you about the pay. Its a draw you have to pay back. Your manager will encourge you to lie cheat and steal to make the sale. The goals are extremely high and no way to get paid commission. You will get threats about getting fired every day

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
