Cons
They falsely display a "one team" environment, however it's a constant battle of virtual vs clinic. Corporate supports virtual in every case I've seen, leaving the CUSTOMER FACING clinic struggling. Clinic has to schedule for virtual, handle their returns, handle their scheduling, and clean their mess when they incorrectly sell (which they do all the time.) You're running on a skeleton crew of 2.5 nurses to treat the entire clinic of clients. When one gets sick, good luck with all the angry guests who can't get in for another 2 months because that's how far you're booked out. Lack of corporate support when handling escalated guests. I've been harassed, intimidated, and threatened. Corporate just tells you to make it right with the guest versus banning them - creating a hostile environment. When reporting team harassment to DM and HR, nothing came of it. There was no investigation nor corrective action despite ample evidence. They changed the bonus structure which negatively affect Clinic Managers, despite selling 3x as much as my highest selling MP, my commission was 1/3 of hers. Therefore, taking away the incentive to sell. In addition to this, I was required to terminate a Med Pro with a clean record due to "falsification of documentation." In addition to this, the med pro who supposedly did this, did in fact tell the Clinic Educator what must have happened when this supposed situation occurred. However, the SR Clinical Educator, who performed the investigation without the Clinic Manager, also had forgery and falsification of documentation when signing the CM's name. Nothing came of this. I was hired on told 40hr work week and 1 Saturday a month. This quickly changed to 45-50 hours and most Saturdays. Be prepared for significant lack of corporate support, this place will drain the life out of you.
