Despite what they might want you to believe, you will not make high commissions or any sort of living wage. You can qualify for food stamps and Medicaid in Ohio as a full time client coordinator. There is no upward mobility. The monthly commission is a joke. This is the lowest rank position and you are definitely treated that way.

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
