      The pay is reasonable and good for a Sales position.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the wellness of their employees. At Ideal Image you are just a number and it my 2 years of being there that was made clear multiple times.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
