The projects don't have an end. And even if finished, they are changed in the end.
No timely delivery (the project goes on forever)
Salary is never on time. Minimum waiting time is 10th of every month
Sometimes the salary is skipped for a month
In spite of having International clients they are always out of funds
Cannot resign properly ( confirmation date, relieving letter, experience letter, or something else is not done on time)
PF money was deducted but there is still no record or proof of PF account
Leaves are not approved
None of the Ex-employees have got FnF payment
No benefits
No good work environment
Nothing new to learn/work
Some seniors don't even have the basic tech knowledge
Poor work quality. Their goal is to JUST get it delivered (which never happen)
Day by day they are getting poor (using the free version of FLOCK, stopped providing breakfast, stopped PF, fans don't work, upgraded to poor quality laptops)
