Flexible and understanding founders Great company culture and company's mission is fantastic.

Can be disorganized at time.

Honestly, there are no pros. A complete stall to your personal growth.

There is absolutely no work-life balance. So many instances we were made to stay past 12am to submit another report or social media deliverable for the client, just because they never had proper hiring as per the client's contracts. Salaries were never paid on time. If you have any EMIs' please don't expect anything from this place. Never paid my fnf till date. 45k :/ Please take your time to join somewhere where your talent is valued and respected.
