Pros
This is the best place I have worked. The team is excellent and they are a hard-working group that takes their responsibilities seriously. They are also enjoyable to be around. The company values it's clients and is committed to the client's success more than the company's bottom line. Giving back to the community is a strong focus. The president recognizes employee contributions and makes people feel valued. There are some nice employee retention perks. No company is perfect, but this is a great place to work.
Cons
The following are not truly negatives, just things to be aware of. Much of the team is distributed and working remotely can either be positive or negative depending on what type of working environment you prefer. Employees may be asked to wear many hats depending on needs (this an also be a great opportunity depending on your perspective).
