Pros
Great company! Pays well with attainable goals. It's a privately owned company that shares financials with all employees. The company provides a bonus based on the companies profits each month. Afterwords all the employees have an opportunity to have a few beverages (paid by the company) while we play pool and ping pong in the break-room.
