Pros
Management does there best to take good care of their employees. No company is perfect, but IdentiSys does a good job coming close. The company is well run from the top down. Management is supportive & positive. Employees can rely on management for support with both professional & personal matters. You are given responsibility without feeling micromanaged & have the confidence in knowing the company has your back, no matter what. All they ask is for you to be a responsible adult & do your job to the best of your abilities. There are many variables which go into judging a company. What I look for may be different from yours. I have worked for enough companies over the years to confidently say, I appreciate the opportunity given to me by IdentiSys & hope to never leave.
Cons
The company could pay for more (any) of the medical premium. It's nearly prohibitive to have a family due to the high cost of the family medical insurance premiums & deductibles. It's hard to blame the company, but if I have to have a "Con"...
