Pros

The projects here are interesting and rarely repetitive. Every assignment gives you a chance to solve new problems and expand your skills. The company encourages employees to take ownership instead of simply following instructions, which has helped me become more confident in my work.

Cons

Tight deadlines during major project deliveries Requires good time-management skills.

Pros

I've enjoyed working at Identiti because employees are trusted to manage their responsibilities and contribute ideas. There's enough freedom to explore better ways of doing things, and management values people who take initiative. The company continues to evolve, making it an interesting place for anyone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not suit everyone Adjusting to changing priorities can take time

Pros

There is no longer a single pro of working at this company.

Cons

This company continues to go down hill at a rapid pace. Any positive reviews pre 2026 were probably accurate, but any recent positive review is from either management or from new employees with big made up titles and inflated salaries. This company continues to push and push its employees into burn out. Huge workload and not enough employees to help. They are not prioritizing, hiring project managers, instead seemed to be hiring a new “vp of x” every other week. It’s important to note that none of these job listings are ever online, so I am unsure where they are finding these people, and once they are hired, we never hear from them again. Instead of trying to find solutions to help project managers and their workload, they continue to just tell us that this is how it is right now, and they are working on hiring more employees, which obviously is not true. They are continuously looking for new business when we don’t have the resources to manage the businesses we already have.
