Poor communications, lack of qualified and experienced software industry leadership, and no real plan. No one I knew had favorable view of anyone at Idera. Culture poor. Low trust environment. They get rid of experienced employees and replace them with early in career lower cost staff. Not a place for a pro at a job. Many better options today in job market.
