Good work culture and positive environment

Everything is pleasant. I don’t find any negatives

I have been working for Idol Soft for the last 8 years. They have a very good marketing team that does what's best for an employee. Very thorough with paperwork and getting all the required letters from the client and vendors for the H1b documentation. I have never encountered any issues in the last 8 years.

They used to have a small marketing team, but later they expanded the team and now they have a lot of folks and really a good team who can place quickly.
