Long hours Extra hours are not paid You can get tasks assigned to you after hours, tasks that will be expected to be delivered on that same evening. Sometimes you will be unofficially required to work on public holidays, and won't be paid for that. Not respect for work-life balance. You will be expected to work at least half of the time at the office while all seniors staff work remotely full time. Their corpo culture can be sum up in the following quote said by one of the directors in a quarterly presentation: "... Disconnecting from work after 6pm doesn't really work here. To be able to work here our employees need to really love what they do..."
