IDOM has a lot of projects in various industries, giving opportunities to gain experience across a variety of topics.

IDOM does not have enough expertise in many of the areas they try to do business in. Their QA/QC is non-existent. They rely completely on their engineers to be 100% competent and knowledgeable- which is far more than most of them are capable of.
