      Pros

      - start up - small company (less than 15 people) and everyone is very friendly and supportive. - Fully remote (dont get much interaction)

      Cons

      Pay is pretty much nonnegotiable if you're entry level. Differences in pay between each level is highly significant. Annual bonus are not meausred based on any KPI and varies significantly between employees.

      - fully remote - learn a lot - flexible work hours - encouraged to speak up and share your thoughts - willing to help sponsor H1B

      low pay but other than that it was great!
