Disorganized, lots of overtime, cliquey - Software Engineer Igalia Employee Review

As mentioned in other reviews, this is a disorganized messy structureless environment where certain people either are, or are not, managers. Those people have a lot of power without accountability as they're on committees. Long hours, lots of overtime. People here are very tired, and tired people do not behave professionally particularly when they lack the leadership and people skills required of actual real managers in most companies.
