      They have a very high rotation regarding employees.

      Cons

      It is runned as a family business with no direction or aim just what the owner wants and needs. Most of the profile of the company is not what they preach they are. They try to sell something they are not.

      Friendly work environment and competitive salaries. Growth opportunities. Upward mobility based on performance. Hard work is greatly rewarded. Paid continued-education.

      Cons

      Lots of travelling for people who have a family. If you are free, it is an excellent way to open your horizons.

      Pros

      The possibility to learn about international taxation if you are in the commercial department is good. The people who are part of the team are really fantastic.

      Cons

      Work overload; working hours of 50 and 60h/week are never enough for managers. Very low salaries for the dedication and effort demanded. Arvitrary and low anuual bonus.
