I think we have all heard of a "Lala Company". HR explicitly described hiring and retention as a "gamble" or a "bet." This indicates a fundamental lack of respect for a trainee’s time and career path. They seem willing to hire in bulk and fire just as quickly if their "bet" doesn't pay off immediately, showing no regard for the individual's professional development.
