*There is little time (90 seconds) between lessons/sessions if you have back to back students. But, you can always just limit your parings/availability and space them apart.

Great flexibility with your schedule. You can choose your own hours, and because students are fixed, you get the rewarding experience of working with the same individuals for the entire year.

The curriculum implementation is incredibly rigid. Management requires tutors to follow the provided script word-for-word and second-by-second, leaving zero room for personal teaching style or natural pacing.
