Literally, stop using AI - Anonymous employee Ignite Visibility Employee Review

Pros

Most employees do receive reasonable benefits.

Cons

Extremely unclear messages about client related expectations and work needs to be completed based on promises from the third party teams. "Executive team" sends out mysterious email invites with no agenda or demoralizing messages. "Leaders" will boast about the wonders of AI, and be quick to shout out X employee who built a report with AI....that the employee paid for out of pocket. Really weird "them" vs "us" mentality is fostered across the company. No proof of retaliation, but I suspect it's only a matter of time.

Pros

Managers encourage creativity and autonomy. Strategists are given the flexibility to do jobs well, it doesn't feel like a grind. Quality is rewarded and employees are given the tools needed to succeed.

Cons

It can feel siloed at times

Pros

Remote flexibility. There is a five-word minimum for the “pros” section in Glassdoor so here ya go!

Cons

Yes, it’s bad right now. From genuinely bottom-level pay levels (they can’t afford most US labor) to non-existent methodologies or processes (it’s literally just vague bullets in a big slide deck for most disciplines), this place is pretty awful to work at each day. You’re going to be working a lot of hours you cannot track or be compensated for to stay ahead of system-wide disfunction.
