In my case there were no downsides short of renewal of contract with client company

Opportunity to work with a great company

Was not their first choice needed a body with a pulse, started immediately but hard to go to the contract site by myself and deal with them when there was no real communication. I believed this opportunity was going to be a contract to hire contract need for me but not for others and was provided no reason why even after asking multiple times Horrible pay and election into benefits
