Pros
Ignition was a great place to work with a supportive team! The leaders were down to earth and I never felt like they were out of reach from the team on the ground. Good compensation and benefits, flexibility in my schedule, great manager.
Cons
It's normal for companies that are in high growth to experience growing pains. This may have been restructuring of how teams operate or an overwhelming amount of work at times for a smaller team that hasn't caught up in size to the amount of work there is to do. Not necessarily a con, but if you can't keep up with a fast-paced environment this isn't the place for you.
