Pros
I worked at IgnitionOne for many years and can honestly say it was a fantastic all around experience. I spent time in both HQ locations, New York and Atlanta, and really don't understand how some of these other reviewers had such an opposite experience to mine. The leadership team is smart, savvy, and truly cares about their employees. Success is rewarded and you are expected to work hard and work smart, but as long as you do , you will be recognized and appreciated-something I have personally found to be sadly lacking at other companies. People stick around, which is a telling sign that the culture is strong. The team at IgnitionOne helped me grow in my career both as a business leader and a technological expert from the company's wide range of solutions that touch many facets of the digital marketing ecosystem. Sometimes I question why I left... ok, a lot of times. Seriously, good people, great company.
Cons
Base salaries could be more competitive, but incentives and benefits are good. Hard to move upwards, because nobody leaves. Its a blessing and a curse when senior management are so happy they stay for a decade or more.
