Amazing place to work!!! - Salesforce Consultant Ignyto Employee Review

Ignyto is a great place to work. The people make it a great environment. Working remotely has its challenges but there is always support available if you are in need. There is a real focus on progression and development, personally and professionally, as well as some great social occasions on a regular basis. The projects that come through are varied and interesting and conversations can be had with every level of management in a relaxed manner. I have been here for a year (on writing this review) and am looking forward to my next step at Ignyto.

There isn't currently an office local to me to go in every now and then for a bit more of a social work day. Some internal processes could be improved but this is something being worked on by all the team, not just management.

- Ignyto is a small but growing business, and with that comes some inherent challenges such as bandwidth, occasionally having to wear multiple hats, and delivering under time pressure. Personally these are reasons I joined but others may feel differently.
