      Being at IHDA there is a great company culture where everyone is focused on the mission and doing their part.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons. Benefits are really good. Work life balance is great. Wish there was more discount for parking downtown.

      Pros

      Great place to work with plenty of team calibration. Fantastic work life balance, benefits and offers Hybrid options.

      Cons

      Offer new employees more money in salary vs an employee that has a promotion. Example if someone working as a customer service representative with a 47k a year salary graduate's law school. If an opening for a lawyer starting at 70k or more and the promoted person gets the job. They only offer 10% more than their current salary. This should be changed because of this is two different job role and department.
