No pros as such. repetitive work nothing new to learn.

Salary not paid even after a year.

very nice place to work. i start as junior 3d artist with ikarus. The company encourage me to work on my skill more every day. I work on low poly 3d models. My manager always encouraging me to do bettr. I learn a lot from there.
