Without doubt once of the best office locations in Sydney - the view is outstanding Very qualified and experienced senior management Reward and recognise great work Good work/life balance Free yoga, breakfast and Friday drinks Healthy remuneration
Cons
Commute - despite the benefits of the view, it's not easy to get to work Top heavy - not enough mid and lower level staff to deal with the workload Lost - Ikon has had a tough 2 years of change and loss of clients. There's been many re-structures and they've now switched to a full-service model. While the market requires it, there needs to be some clear leadership and vision about where this is going.
