      Pros

      You get good exposure due to burden of work. You learn self learning since no one cares to support you.

      Cons

      No Personal Life. You are expected to work Saturdays and Sundays. In iksula you should be available 24x7. Dictatorship Poor top management/staff. No vision of future. Poor employee retention No employee respect. Poor culture. No one sticks with the company for long Ugly politics and blame games.

      Great experience with internship manager, good project.

      Cons

      Meetings could run very late.

      Pros

      Working with a young organization is always a pro as you get to learn alot with more responsibility in your given role. The CEO closely works with all the teams and is open for discussions on improvement and to move ahead. Facilitates growth for open minded people

      Cons

      None that I can think off
