      Pros

      Can't really think of any pros other than the fact that some of my colleagues were pretty good and helpful.

      Cons

      They keep on increasing the work load in leaps and bounds if they come to know you're an efficient employee.

      Pros

      Working with a young organization is always a pro as you get to learn alot with more responsibility in your given role. The CEO closely works with all the teams and is open for discussions on improvement and to move ahead. Facilitates growth for open minded people

      None that I can think off
