The benefits and location (Century City) are as good as it gets and the people are very well educated and provide interesting perspectives. It's a niche industry which I enjoy thoroughly and ILFC is that big fish in the small pond. Not to mention, there is a company gym for employee use only and the offices are absolutely gorgeous.

Depending on the department there can be some long hours but most feel appropriately compensated. There has been a lot of change for the company over the past few years with change in management and now possibly change in ownership which will most likely be a 'Pro' but sometimes people fear the unknown.
