Pros

Wonderful coworkers from different countries who genuinely work hard and try to make a mark in the company. Unfortunately, hard work is often measured more by long working hours than by actual skills or productivity. Expectations and priorities tend to change daily, making it difficult to maintain work-life balance or feel recognized for contributions. Employee opinions and feedback are rarely valued, and there appears to be stronger preference toward employees who work longer hours rather than those bringing strong skills and fresh ideas.

Cons

Toxic management culture with leadership teams that often struggle to organize work efficiently or plan realistically to achieve timelines, which ultimately impacts the business. There is very little focus on employee wellbeing or career growth. Many employees are hired on short-term contracts, pushed hard during probation periods, and then released — something that has happened to several people across teams. The environment lacks collaboration, as many employees feel insecure about their positions and responsibilities. Expectations and priorities change constantly, sometimes daily or even hourly, making it difficult for skilled employees to deliver productive and meaningful work. Overall, poor management practices, lack of job security, and a stressful work culture create a highly toxic environment.

The office view is amazing.

Cons

The corporation is suffering from an infamous manager who tries to show himself as a successful entrepreneur. The median tenure of employees appears to be less than a year, which says a lot about the reality of the culture. High turnover usually does not happen without a reason, and in this case, it reflects the lack of trust, support, and long-term stability within the business. There seems to be limited technical understanding at the marketing, decision-making, and operational levels, yet feedback or alternative views are often dismissed if they do not align with what management has already decided. It also feels like support is mainly given to people who are good at showing off or reporting things in a way that management wants to hear, rather than to those who genuinely contribute or raise practical concerns. This creates a frustrating environment where appearance can matter more than actual knowledge, teamwork, or results.

Pros

Met amazing co-workers from all around the world that’s talented and brings different perspectives and ways of working.

Cons

Management isn’t receptive to feedback and would rather not hear it from you or anyone else. They also expect you to work long additional hours with no additional compensation or time off in lieu. Expect to ‘put out fires’ everyday as new priorities pop up, overriding previous priorities before they can be resolved. Internal processes are not consistent and management cherry picks and overrides their own internal processes when it is convenient for them.
