Friendly colleagues, exposure to various projects, access to many tools for experimentation, a lot of hands-on opportunities, work-related transport claims are covered during working hours.
Cons
The working environment could feel stressful at times, with a management style that felt more authoritative than leadership-oriented. The company appeared sales-driven, and despite the generally friendly atmosphere, I did not feel comfortable with the aggressive and confrontational communication approach within the management. Overall, I did not feel it was the right environment for me to build a long-term career.
