For permanent salaries, we aim to be mid-point or better for the market.
Regarding the sharing the wealth, we agree! 30% of any profits made by Illuminet are shared on a quarterly basis with employees, based on contribution to Illuminet's and our clients' success - whether employees are in sales, relationship management, delivery to clients or back-office.
