Good and honest management.

Not enough work foe solid employment

Competitive or above average Salaries. Lots of project variety. Relaxed non-corporate office. Flexible hours - as long as you do your work, no one is on your case. Challenging work for a small studio allowing Artists to contribute to alot more of the shots. Hours are fairly good and it seems to be avoided if possible. Lots of talented people to work with.

Alot of the core crew have been there for years and years and can be a bit standoff-ish and unfriendly to those that aren't in the 'click'. It's also pretty hard to move up in the studio if you're not in the family click. Their isn't any induction process and new starters can feel pretty isolated for a while. The pipeline still has lots of kinks to iron out and the core crew are quite stubborn in changing Software/Workflows Supervisors and Production aren't very approachable and can be quite blunt and sarcastic to communicate with. Can sometimes play favourites. Some of the turnaround expectations for work are un-realistic, especially given the infrastructure and pipeline setup. It's not very often you hear positive feedback and morale can suffer from time to time.
