Pros

My boss is flexible with my schedule if I have personal business to tend to. Most people are nice. Pretty ground.

Cons

Benefits are not competitive, especially paid time off. After your 1st year, you get 14 days. You have to be at ILSCO 8 years to get any more. Pay raises are meek. There aren't any perks. Over the past 8 years, the company has found ways to give us less and less. There's no incentive to be your best because the raises will be 3% a year at best.

Pros

Good place and people to work with.

Cons

Just like any company has its cons but they were working on a lot of them.

Pros

I guess a pro would be having a job

Cons

The union sucks. The benefits suck. Management is disrespectful to the employees. Most of the management wouldn't hold management positions outside of this company. They wouldn't be qualified to manage anywhere else. There are some good employees here but they only stay because they've been here 20+ years and don't know anything else. The company wonders why they can't attract or retain quality employees. Maybe if you treated them like human beings and actually provided quality benefits you'd attract quality workers. I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place also made record profits last year and passed nothing down to the employees. Don't waste your time applying. You're welcome!!
