Pros
The people that actually DO the work in Production do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter the cost to get it done, as mandated by management. The company has sustained for almost 40 years due to this one factor, as it's not been about any kind of process.
Cons
Generally speaking, Sales is not held accountable for anything. Those on the Production Floor, are held accountable for everyone else's mistakes, and as a former manager/gate keeper, this causes a rift and lack of respect between departments. Upper Management does a LOT of talking about fixing problems, but very little to actually DO anything about those problems, leaving staff feeling unappreciated and overwhelmed. Despite being told upon hiring, "we have annual reviews...", etc., annual reviews do not exist at Image Craft, and don't even think about getting a raise unless you threaten to quit. Having worked in many arenas with difficult circumstances, Image Craft is by far the most hostile work environment I have ever been exposed to. Leaving, was akin to getting out of prison, and I am so thankful to no longer be there. Tread cautiously and have your eyes wide open and wary, if thinking about joining them...they are not what they seem.
