Pros

The paychecks went through/pay was on time.

Cons

Cons - literally everything else. A company full of narcissistic, cliquey people who are mostly related to or connected to the CEO. If you don't fit into their "in group", prepare to be bullied and gaslit in true middle school by full-grown adults. HR is also connected to the CEO and not there to help - the HR executive at this company treats the relatives of the CEO preferentially, and it shows. I wish I would have read the previous 1-star Glassdoor review regarding the racism, ableism, nepotism, flirting, etc. that goes on within this office environment. Everything stated in that review is 100% true.

Pros

Passionate teammates, who love what they do and it shows with the work that we do. I loving being able to wear multiple hats and I’ve felt like I was given the love, support and confidence to execute any design or development. Everyone wants to make sure you want to succeed and everyone wants to continue to learn and grow. It’s hard finding great synergy that works and so far we’ve been able to find it! Iron sharpens iron and I love that we can push eachother to be better.

Cons

Sometimes we can be bombarded with projects and since we are a small business it can be really stressful with back to back big projects, but then again…it’s agency life and I knew what I signed up for but is it even a con to know that we are entrusted with big sites and developments?

Pros

I used an iMac, which I guess was nice.

Cons

Where do we begin? The toxicity of this place is Chernobyl-level bad. Leadership's disconnection with the creative process is about as wide as it can be, and their expectations on deliverables reflect that. The CEO is a narcissist who has no accountability, a clear lack of boundaries, and what looks like a drinking problem that goes on full display at the office parties. The Controller is also the "HR Representative," a title for which she is vastly unqualified, and is very close to the CEO -- maybe too close. Like, uncomfortably close. There are some good people there, but the middle school lunch table vibe is strong. If you're not one of the cool kids, you're the problem and they'll go out of their way to make sure you know about it. Lastly, I was overworked to the point of being sleep deprived at one point, and the pay wasn't anything to get excited about. If you can find another place to work, do it, because this place will give you ulcers.
