      Pros

      This company has some really good and talented staff. It’s the staff that are the main positive. Company deals with some amazing clients

      Cons

      Badly Managed Blame Culture High staff turnover in the same departments. To much favouritism - incompetence seems to be rewarded. Too many high paid people who don’t do a lot. Lower level staff poorly paid and taken advantage of. Lack of appreciation and value.

      Company and team is diverse, and boasts a varied and experienced group of music curators. Real people, with serious musical chops. This is what makes the difference: our people!
