Hours fluctuate Detached leadership Poor communications particularly around sensitive topics Trust in new leadership is low People management skills of line managers and leaders needs work Doesn't seem to have much upcoming in the pipeline to signify growth Minimal training opportunities Processes are disjointed and do not run seamlessly Lots of manual work, minimal automation If you want to progress, you'll be waiting a long time...

Over the years, it was an exceptional place to work. However, a CEO change resulted in mass redundancies.

CEO has destroyed what was once a great company. Hopefully those that remain are looked after, but I highly doubt it.
