Imagination Technologies Response
8moThanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We appreciate hearing from employees who are passionate about making Imagination a better place to work.
We understand that compensation and benefits are important topics. Our pay is benchmarked using Radford to ensure that it remains competitive and fair within the market. We review this regularly to maintain alignment with industry standards.
To clarify our hybrid working framework, it is not being revoked. We are, however, setting clearer expectations around it. From the new year, most employees (excluding a small number of designated home workers) will be expected to be in the office at least three days a week — a model consistent with many leading technology companies such as Apple, Google, IBM, and Meta. Part-time employees’ attendance will, of course, be pro-rata. Didier spoke candidly about the reasons for this change — particularly the value of in-person collaboration — during a recent Town Hall. A recording of that session is available on the IMG Hub, and I’d be happy to help you locate it if needed.
Regarding perks, while some initiatives have been scaled back where necessary, there are still opportunities to connect, collaborate, and have fun together across our teams. Didier is also committed to maintaining open communication: since joining, he has visited all of our larger offices and continues to engage directly with employees. His approach is to share updates when there is meaningful progress to report rather than repeating information unnecessarily.
We truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of our engineering teams and the constructive suggestions shared here. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving how we support our people and our business.
