Pros

Opportunities to gain exposure across different industries and deal with clients from various sectors. Offers work-from-home (WFH) flexibility.

Cons

1. Severe Financial and Statutory Delays The company has ongoing financial issues. Salary payments are consistently delayed, or in some cases, left completely unpaid. Most alarmingly, statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are deducted from employees' monthly payslips but are NOT submitted to the respective government bodies on time, or at all. This is a severe and illegal breach of Malaysian labor law. 2. Irresponsible and Incompetent Management (Especially the CEO) - Defensive & Missing: Management constantly plays hide-and-seek or goes completely missing whenever employees question them regarding delayed salaries or missing EPF contributions. - Micromanagement without Technical Knowledge: The leadership over-promises clients on project deliverables without consulting the technical team. When developers/engineers explain the technical limitations, management refuses to listen, eventually leading to project delays or complete project failure. - Exploitation of Interns/Fresh Grads: Inexperienced interns and fresh graduates are left to handle complex projects alone without any proper guidance, documentation, or mentorship. When technical bottlenecks arise, the CEO focuses on finger-pointing and asking non-constructive questions instead of finding solutions. - Empty Promises & Gaslighting: The CEO only acts nice and manipulates employees with unrealistic promises when he needs a favor or an urgent system deployment. Once he gets what he wants, he vanishes and ignores all prior commitments. - Blaming Resigned Employees: To cover up the fact that they unable to pay employees who resigned, management lies about the reasons for their resign. They toxicly shift the blame, making it look like the resigned employees were "irresponsible," just to manipulate the perception of the remaining staff. 3. Deceiving Clients and Investors Misleading information regarding the company's actual delivery status, technical capability, and financial health is routinely fed to clients and investors.

Pros

I left the company believing our professional relationship had ended on good terms. Unfortunately, I later learned that negative and misleading information may have been shared with prospective employers, which was disappointing and inconsistent with the professionalism I expected.

Cons

Despite being an AI-focused company, the leadership often demonstrated a narrow-minded approach to people management and feedback.

Cons

Salary payments are consistently delayed, and statutory contributions such as KWSP and SOCSO are not being fulfilled. This raises serious concerns about the company’s financial management and compliance. Even intern allowances are not being paid on time, which reflects poorly on overall operations. It may be worth reconsidering continued engagement with the organization.
