      Great company and people to work with. The annual cruise is a great perk.

      Cons

      Work on government contracts, which can be canceled at any time. They try their best to move people to a new contract, but it is not always possible. Government clients are not well organized or realistic with constant scope changes.

      Pros

      I love working at IBR. The teammates are what make IBR such a great place to work. Everyone steps up and helps each other out. I'm empowered to implement new ideas for the company and the leadership team is always available to discuss things with me.

      Cons

      Company is really starting to grow. It will be interesting if we can maintain our great culture as we grow.

      * Depends on your contract, some teams are worse than others. * Gov't stuff moves slowly + current administration is unpredictable
