Pros
People are helpful, professional - good atmosphere , senior management tries hard to be keep a pulse on the employees well being. Excellent training with senior management commitment.
Cons
Ended up with an incompetent / inept manager with close to zero people skills. HR and other managers ignored my complaints and shielded this person. Long and short of it was, it Transpired that I ended up resigning - got a better paid job ! My last 6 months were a nightmare.
