Pros

I can’t really give one other than the people who make it tolerable in the team

Cons

Where to start.. Avoid this company at all costs. The culture is one of the most toxic I have ever experienced. Bullying behaviour from senior leadership is not only tolerated but effectively encouraged. Employees who speak up or show any backbone are quickly singled out, creating a workplace where people are constantly on edge and afraid to say anything. Workloads are completely unrealistic, with far too few staff expected to meet constant, unreasonable deadlines. Creativity and fresh ideas, especially from younger employees are dismissed, making it an incredibly stifling and demoralising environment. The turnover speaks for itself. Within a very short time of my leaving, multiple others also resigned because the situation had become unbearable. At one point, staff were reportedly brought into a room and made to justify keeping their jobs, which says everything about how people are treated. There is no respect for work-life balance. Employees are contacted on their days off and expected to be available, and flexible working is clearly discouraged in favour of control. Serious concerns are not handled properly. I had to educate myself on my own employee rights because management didn’t even understand basic grievance procedures. Verbal hostility from leadership was also a recurring issue. Overall, this is a deeply unhealthy place to work. If you value respect, professionalism, or any sense of psychological safety, you should look elsewhere.

Pros

Hard working employees, pockets of expertise. Barrow-boy, chancer CEO on his way out.

Cons

Toxic culture, opaque communications, lack of transparency, complete lack of strategy, no agency in the staff, decisions can only be made at the top, lack of processes all around the business, complete disconnect between the operational and commercial arms of the business.
