Pros

Many positive changes in management. Positive team environment. New Middle and Senior Management who really care. Owners listen and have trusted the day to day operations to those who are working in the trenches. Culture has changed, but with many improvements. Recently put a lot of effort into pay increases and promotions. Growing quickly which has created a lot of opportunity. Hybrid work environment. Flexibility with schedule and family/personal needs.

Cons

There is room to improve work balance at the management positions.

Pros

The location, the stocked fridge with foods, snacks and yes a beer fridge full of a large variety of beers a the weekly free lunch are very good perks.

Cons

The tiny dark gloomy office with tiny windows that from the outside resembles a state penitentiary, the weekly meeting that repeats its content and a variety of sarcastic\slapstick comments from the bored crowd of 20 some employees to go with it. The F-U Friday habit that the helpdesk manager tries to happily enforce and his lack of professionalism with his team. 2 out of 3 owners that are absent and lack true empathy for their employees but love to "share" the info on the growth of the company while keeping salaries below market and their personal achievements. A micro managed culture taken from books and misinterpreted into a cult of some sorts where people pretend to be close but really doesn't seem like it. Recently promoted and very young managers without previous experience managing people and without any people skills. At last a revolving door of techs leaving and new ones getting hired.
