Pros
The company is great. Some leaders are ok.
Cons
Management and outreach supervisors are very poor at communication. A lot of the time they are away from their desks or marked yellow on Teams, yet employees are expected to stay fully tied to their computers at all times. Comments like “sorry, I was at the gym” from leadership create a double standard that feels frustrating and unfair.
The professionalism within leadership is lacking. At work events, management casually discusses employees potentially being fired, which creates an uncomfortable and toxic atmosphere. Team leads have also made negative comments about other employees openly, which damages morale and trust within the team.
There have also been situations where incorrect information was communicated to employees, followed by apologies after the mistake was realized. Unfortunately, employees are often still impacted by those errors despite the misinformation coming from leadership.
