      easy money for anybody that is willing to get into a pool the quality of instructors is pretty low, so as long as you smile and youtube 'how to teach x', you'll be good

      Cons

      the culture is kind of like a cult you have to be a kid's best friend and endure their annoyances, you dont have to actually teach students anything

      Overall the job pays pretty well for a lifeguard and the community is pretty chill.
