You have the freedom to shine. You are not micro managed and everyone helps one another to succeed. The only reason I left was a change in my career as a whole. The company has great people, management was always ready to help even if they were located at a different office and the CEO was always very supportive. We were able to bring our pets in, had summer hours, great pay and benefits. Not only was my position challenging it helped me grow not just in my career but also as an individual. They were able to give me the ‘one family’ feel with the full corporate support.
